Please print and read: INFLATION
1.Remove your ball from its bag and be careful not to discard the small bag that contains two white plugs [one is a spare]. 2. Determine the size of the ball. Look at your WittFitt invoice, or on the ball itself to confirm.
3. Using a tape measure, mark the height that corresponds to your ball size on the wall in centimeters or inches. 4. Use the air pump provided by WittFitt or locate an air pump, such as one for inflating an air mattress, or other inflation device with a cone-shaped end. 5. Once the ball is inflated, immediately insert the small white plug provided. Next, turn the ball so the legs [if applicable] are facing out to the side, and make a final measurement of its height against the wall. The highest point of the ball should not exceed the designated size or you will risk the ball popping. The ball will be quite FIRM. 6. When sitting on the ball, place your feet comfortably in front of you as if sitting on a chair with your hips slightly higher than your knees (refer to image). Deflate the ball as needed to make the proper fit.
NEVER PATCH A DAMAGED BALL!!
Time Sitting on the Ball [in hours] This is a rough guideline. Listen to your body and go slowly as your muscles adapt to the use of the ball as a chair.
