WittFitt Owner is back in the Classroom
A New Perspective on Student Movement
Hello Educators,
I hope you’re enjoying a well-deserved summer break. This past school year marked a big shift for me—WittFitt Owner back in the classroom after 18 years away. While I spent those years promoting movement through WittFitt, returning to a 7th-grade literature classroom brought new challenges and powerful lessons.
After a rewarding year teaching middle schoolers, I appreciate this summer pause more than ever. The students were curious, energetic, and constantly in motion—sometimes even when they shouldn’t be! Being back in a school setting made one thing crystal clear: our students need to move—often, and with purpose.

Supporting Active Learning With Classroom Tools That Work
My experience this year reminded me just how impactful movement is for focus, energy, and engagement. It’s not just a theory—it’s a necessity. That’s why I’m thrilled to announce new HOKKI stool colors are now available, bringing fresh options to support student movement in every classroom style. These stools help students stay active while seated, improving posture and attention without disrupting the class.
If you’re rethinking your classroom setup, I’d love to help. Between grading papers and planning next semester, I’m available to consult with educators like you. Whether you’re looking for new furniture, resources, or ideas, let’s work together to support student success through movement.
Thank you for all you do. Here’s to recharging this summer so we can return ready to inspire, engage, and energize our classrooms once again.
